Power Steering?

hey guys im new to the site n im hunting a b2000.
i had a look at a 85 b2000 the other day n the steering was soooo stiff.
i was wonderin how hard would it b to install powersteering on it? has n e 1 done it? cheers oh n im in AUS incase that makes a difference.

U will need the steering shaft,pump, hoses, pulleys,belts.rack,and brackets and about 2 days of cussin, but it can be done,Why not look for one with p/s?BJ

yeah tru how much would i b lookin at payin 4 all that?
im havin trouble findin any b2000 4 sale at all in brizzy, aus

u dont need the whole truck,see if u can find a front clip with p/s in a salvage yard .Good luck.I have a good steering column from a p/s truck u can have for postage to get u started if u go that way.BJ
