Oil pan resting on Steering shaft...huge leak!

I bought a 1989 B2600i a few weeks ago. The prior owner installed a used engine. I noticed more and more oil loss (on the driveway). I crawled under it yesterday and noticed that the oil pan is resting on the steering shaft. Do the engine mounts sag over time or are there spacers that might be missing? Where can I get a used oil pan?

If ur oil pan is all the way down and resting on steering components,I dont see how the truck is even running--and if it is it isnt safe to drive.I think on 2600's there are two motor mounts toward the front of the engine, two supporting the rear of the engine and tranny, plus some lateral braces that run beside the oil pan. Sounds like one or all of your motor mounts were broken or installed wrong when the new engine was put in.BJ

Well, the shop determined that it had an oil pan from a 2-wheel-drive truck on it. That's why it was rubbing.
