How do you?

How do you remove the rocker arm assembly do you have to pull the timing cover and remove bolts or can it be done from the top?

i think that you have to pull it to let the tension off the timing belt so it does not try to pull the front of the cam down and pop the back up which could cuase the front cam seal to get messed up
