NEED TO LOCATE ADAPTER PLATE 4 HOLLEY CARB..PLZ HELP

my truck has been sittin for a week outside a shop waiting for a proper adapter because i bought the mr. gasket one but its no where near fitting the bolt pattern..please if someone can help me i have a tool & die guy making me one but he doesnt knwo when he will have free tiem to make it so if there is one available somewhere or someone has one for sale that would make my day no wait my week...maybe my summer if i get my truck up and running by then....THANKS

I have an extra Holley 5200 adapter plate.
Bolts straight to the stock carb mount.
But you have to pull the studs and replace with a flat head bolt.
