Fuel Relay?

1991 B2200 regular cab Automatic
Trying to find fuel relay.

IS IT A F.I. B2200 OR CARB'D? WELL, SOME CARB'D MAZDAS HAD AN ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP IN THE TANK AS WELL AS THE F.I. MODELS. IF IT WASN'T THEN IT WON'T HAVE A FUEL RELAY. WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROB?

its in the drivers kick panel, held on by one 10mm bolt, or phillips screw

My neighbor changed the fuel pump that was in the gas tank. The truck started up fine. A few days later he went back to move the truck and it wouldn't start. Someone said to change the fuel relay.
