carb probs help please

ok i just got a carb off this guy i know its a weber 32\36 so i went ahead and rebuilt it right it was dirty but i run before but the thing that was wrong with it was that the primary diaphram had holes in it. but know after i rebuilt it and put on my truck went to turn it over to get gas in the carb started right up but died right away then to find out to was flooding up big time what do you think i did wrong i put everthing the same way

found out the prob the floats were jamed down
