$700 for flat panels. For more complex panels it goes up but for the Mazdas and older trucks with flat panels like this, $700.
They are worth it, that's a lot of work, blood sweat and gears.
Thanks man, they are a lot of work. I have over 40 hrs in these 2 panels. There is a lot of measuring, cutting, drilling, deburring, cleaning, flaring, riveting, etc. etc. etc. hahahahaha. But I love every minute of it and the owner of the truck that I am working on, him and I hope his truck makes it into a full feature at TexMex this year. It comes out of the bodyshop and into my garage in about 2 weeks, I will install all my stuff and I have to pull the dash out and other interior pieces to take to get painted.
Also, I do a lot more than automotive interiors, I am also getting into aluminum home furniture and whatever anyone can think of. There is a possible beerpong table in the works soon haha.
Ryan, that shit looks killer man.
How much would a set of those b series pillars run a brother for a 83 mazda. You know the factory is that cheap ass cardboard and mine are destroyed.
Excellent work Ryan! Those door panels are killer. Really like the aftermarket handle better than the factory one - flows better. Should be a killer setup in your customers truck.
I will ship them to your door for $125 man, just let me know what all you want done to them or I can come up with a design. I can do bead rolls, rivets, flared holes with or with a backing, scribe a design into the metal, etc.
Thanks Linn. I didn't know he was going to order new handles when I first built these panels and after we saw how they turned out and had a few reviews he decided to order the aftermarket handles and I gotta say they made it look a lottt better.
Those door panels are badass man.
Thanks man.
Here is the center console almost completed. Need the truck to finish it off.
dude that is friggin sweet!
