And curious. . why a 2 3/4" bd? ? You are gonna do all the work of remaking the rocker jus to cut a 1/2" out of the rocker? ? I'd jus go with 2 1/4" if i were you. . Thats rolling the pinch, bd'd to the rocker. . Either that or go more. . hell, you would be doin the same amount of work, might as well bd it more. . i'm bd'd 3 1/4" so i know all about remaking the rockers. . . hahaha
