12 valve head ????

Does anybody know what vehicle and year has a 12 valve head that can bolt right on to the 2.2 block ?

Mazda Bongo/E2000. Not sold in the states although you might see on ebay occasionally...

Is that a mazda E 2000 or a B2000 ?
