Photoshop help.

Whats up? I'm in need of some help. I traded my sonoma for a 2 door tahoe and I wanna do somthing diffrent to it. I hoping somone here on the bscene might be able to help. So its a 2 door tahoe black 4wd sits up a lil bit and its got a 2inch cowl hood. What I wanna do is get some duallie flares and put a duallie rear axle under it with either some 22 or 24 in semi wheels. I can somewhat picture it in my head but I'm just curious to what it really will be. If someone could do this for me I'd be greatly appreciative. And if ya could get it in a 3/4 view from the front? I dunnno maybe I'm askin to much now lol. thanks
