I got to move :( .... projects gonna come to an end for abit

so i just got my 30 days notice that Ive got to move out of the house I'm rent because it just sold. so Now I've got to find a place to take my truck, parts, and tools to store them... I'm moving in with my girl friend... but shes just got a 1 bedroom apt. so looks like my project is going to be coming to a drastic hult till I can figure something out... me and her are looking in to getting our own house soon, but things look like its going to take a bit until I can get a few things in order... ahhhh ok I'm done rambling.... im just bummed out i guess... ill still be here on the site hanging out though so I'll still be here. -ross-

are you on a month to month lease at this house? if not and you have a year lease - i would thought that the lease would carry over to new owners unless they 're wanting to move in the place themselfs. JUST some thing to think about .

yeah its a month to month lease and the new owner was going to keep us here and then changed his mind and decided he wanted to live here.... he was planning on building a new house on the other side of the property its 14 achers and was going to let us continue to rent until he was done building...

Good news!!! the guy buying the house pulled back his offer so the sale is off, so I don't have to move now

That's GREAT news! I guess every once in a while things work out for the better.

just goes to show, ya never know what will happen so many of us think we are stable financially or situationally situated so we can support our hobby, then we end up hurt or broke or losing our workspace,
