120v wiring

I just bought a new welder and it says to run it on the high setting I will need a 120v outlet ,(not 220) they even showed a pic of the outlet kinda looks like . Does anyone know how to make one of these in my garage?

Thats just a regular outlet. What kind of welder did you get?

its a clarke 30-100 amp wire feed . set up for flux . it does 3/16 pretty good havent tried 1/4 yet due to no 120 outlet. guess i can try it now .
