Im moving...again

thats right 4 months ago i find the house im currently living in up for rent cool right on 2 1/2 car garage 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 1/2 acre back yard nice neighborhood and all for only 1200 a month not bad in my price range only one catch its up for sale. but then again its been up for sale for the last 18 months and it was suppose to come off the market on sept 1st and i was suppose to sign a year lease, but low and behold i get a phone call on aug 25th saying it had sold WTF! so i go through my same rental company and i find a nice townhome for the winter ( downsizing for the winter, rent will be 900 a month instead of 1200 so i can work on rebuilding my credit so i can finally buy, instead of pissing my money away paying rent) I go look at it the other day and told them it needs repainted and the carpets need to be shampooed before ill sign the lease ok they said they would take care of it. get a call today that everything has been done and its ready come down sign the papers and take the keys cool right ? WRONG i get over there and NOTHING has been painted carpets still look like crap. of course it was after 5pm and they were closed until monday

man that sucks.... suppose you should of walked the house with the agent before hand.... just goes to show you can't trust anyone now a days...... its a shame people are that way!!!!
