im goin to a show this weekend and i dont have a extra bag i do have one with a minor gash and it doesnt leak fast is there anyway i can fix it to hold up??
I don't think so, once there done there done, they flex too much for just about any kind of repair
thats what i was thinkin idk why i asked...i did see a hack thread where the guy had some kind of glue on there and was wondering if it worked haha i dont want to break down and buy one just for a spare!
If your set up is installed correctly you shouldn't ever need an extra bag. I would carry extra airline and maybe some ptc unions though.I melted an airline one day while dragging for a few miles! Damn plastic lines.lol
OK, call me stupid but.... depending on the size and location of the hole, would you not be able to use the same repair technique that you use on car tires? I realize bags flex ALOT, but I have had a plug hold up in a car tire for thousands of miles. Just a thought.

maybe if it was a hole, like a small round one. . but if its a rub mark or tear, then no. . jus get an extra bag. . you need to buy 2 so you dont have to worry about it for a while! ! Too bad you are so far away, I'd sell you a practically brand new firestone for like 40 bucks. . But it wouldnt do you any good for this weekend

well yes and no, bags do blow on there own with age, or even just a faulty bag. But if it's cycling without ever touching anything and collapsing correctly, then yeah not very often you would need a spare.
just be gangster and dont take anything. maybe a change of drawers in the glove box. thats all you need incase you shart or something.
LMAO!!! that's one way to get it done
haha im just gonna have to thug it out then lol
