I'm still kickin

Howdy again strangers.

Been a week now since I've moved to Alberta. Things messed up with my girlfriend and I just before I came, so I ended up having nowehere to go. Luckily, because Bscene has the coolest damn members in the world, I called up "at dusk" (Steve, with the black bodydropped 73 Mazda). He let stay at his house for a few days until I figured out a plan to find a place to live or go back home.

While looking for places, I met up with Jester (Jay, with the badass International pickup). I moved into my new place this past Monday in Lethbridge. I live literally around the corner from at dusk. I can walk to his house. While I've been looking for work, Jester owns a stucco company, so I started working with him this week and that's going pretty good so far.

So, I'm renting a room in a basement of a house. It's pretty big and the house is sweet. My room mate/home owner just turned 20 and he's pretty cool. He's into everything custom as well and owns a '99 Nissan Fairlady Twin Turbo RHD and a 97 Chev Z71.

I'm really loving it out here. Hopefully some decent job prospects come up soon because I only have 2 months more of collecting unemployment before I get cut off.

Anyways, here's a couple pics of my new digs. I live within walking distance of University of Lethbridge and the girls in this town...my god...

So it's a pretty sweet house and it's just the 2 of us living in it. He works 2 jobs so he's hardly ever home. I'm paying $575/mo for rent, with everything included.

I love it here! Now time to find me another B2200...

Thanks Linn. Yeah, I've been working with Jester now for the past week. Things are going pretty good. Hanging out with a cool Bscene guy all day and learning a new job at the same time.

Everything's going really good with me and my room mate, and Lethbridge itself is a pretty sweet city. I need to drive around and take some pics. The mountains are off to the west, and the west and east sides of the city are seperated by a huge scenic valley.

Lethbridge sounds pretty scenic! Good to hear things are going well up there.

Well I just got a part time job today with a taxi company driving a cab on evenings and weekends. Might be interesting for a little while lol.
