Whats with FBI ahhhhh

I ordered a 4 link back in Nov or maybe even Oct and I still havent got my ends!!!!!!!! I got it all back in January and had to send everything me and a buddy ordered but the 4link bars back cause everything was wrong or broken. Well now its the end of may and still no f-in ends wtf!!!!!! seriously.. Anyone one slse gone threw this or is it just me?

none of us mess with FBI anymore. i waited 4 months for them to send a bumper kit for mine and once i told them to cancel it, they sent it anyways. if you want suspension stuff talk to DEV. WOOT! tell FBI where to stick that kit.

ill never order from FBI. when i was on SSM a lot, it seemed like there was a new "havent received parts" thread everyweek from stuff ordered from FBI.

i ordered lenses from them took almost a year ,i got sick of waiting ordered a new set from somwhere else took couple days ,no shitt 3 days later i got the fbi ones ,and guess what ,they forgot the corner lenses ,i was like $@!#!$#$!^#@$#&@ ill never order from them ever,ever,ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

get your money back and then go talk to dev, i ordered my parts last friday and they were all in stock and will be here tomorrow

dev is the man ,he is quick as hell ,and a great person to work with ,unfortunately along time ago i didnt know him lol

ya i priced everything out ya FBI was cheaper but i read all your guys post about FBI and im glade i payed the extra cash and went with the Bag shack

I don't feel sorry for you at all, unfortunately we get one of these posts every month and I am not the first one to reply and say; "stay away from FBI"

I can tell you from experience that I have picked up the pieces left behind by FBI from members on this forum more than few times. For some reason FBI just doesn't have the customer service and general knowledge it takes to get an order taken care of.

Don't get me wrong they are a very successful business, obviously, but more and more they don't complete customer orders or satisfaction...

Just goes to show that you get what you pay for....

I ordered drop spindles for another project from them. After 3 weeks and not seeing them I got my money back and went elsewhere.

I have never ordered suspension stuff from them, but I have been lucky with what I have ordered but its probably because I drive over there and talk with them face to face and not over the phone. But I have seen a lot of negative feed back on the forum.
