gotta vent... long read.

I AM SO PISSED!!!!! dunno if i posted it after it happened but heres how it went. i HAD to drive the mazda to work one mornin in january cuz i couldnt' drive the caprice. i was sittin at the end of my street tryin to pull onto the main county road. well it was solid ice so i was spinnin. my neighbors were right behind me. i put in the clutch put the truck in reverse and let off the brake. didnt' even git off the clutch and they were so close my truck coasted into them. they INSTANTLY call the sheriff. i got out and looked at there car, SCRATCHES! damn plastic bumper got SCRATCHED! my rollpan was pushed under my bed. i sed dont worry bout callin the sheriff i'll talk to my friend at the body shop. well they were already on the phone, like they were anticipatin this. i didn't know that my insurance on my caprice didn't cover me drivin my own truck (stupid ohio law, i can drive anyone elses vehicle in the world if i have insurance on ONE of mine but i can't drive my other vehicle. doesn't really make since to me). sheriff showed up, told me to take the truck home and git insurance switched over on it so i did. they musta called their insurance company right after and told them cuz just a few days later i git a letter and a bill for $550!!! no fuggin way! they even sed they saw my reverse lites. i'm just pissed. i told them i'd need a few days to git ahold of my bodyman and he could do it cheap and no worries.

so now i gotta go to columbus (2 hour drive!) for a hearing about this crap. the state wants my plates and ID card mailed in. suspendin my license for probly 2 years and want me to pay. this is just crap. i hate these people. now dont bash me and say i hate church people but i hate THESE church people. they got money, they got nice new cars, they look down on me cuz i dont go to church. act like i'm worthless crap or something cuz i'm not their type of people. them BETTER THAN YOU types. gotta pick on the poor hillbilly who aint got shit.

i wrote up a nice detailed letter about how this all happend and i'm takin that in to the court with me. i wrote it EXACTLY how it happend. they're tryin to git me for improper backin. i think they should be cited for assured clear distance. i mean hell, they even sed we saw your reverse lites. guess it doesn't work that way when you're the one in the accident who's poor.

That sucks man......we got a law like that also on the ins. Every vehicle gotta have ins but if you over 25 then you covered on anybodys. kinda stupid.

ummm.. im pretty sure every vehicle on the road needs insurance.. you cant drive just any vehicle just cuz you have insurance on your one car... yes you can drive anyone elses car and be covered as long as that vehicle is INSURED... i just assumed this was common knowledge..

sucks to be in your position.. and it sucks that they are being asses about it.. but atleast the cop let your drive you vehicle home.. what they should have done was.. charge you 5000 for driving with no insurance, have your vehicle impounded, then have a court date that would suspend your licence, and you would still have to pay 550 bucks to repair a couple scratches....

soo really.. consider yourlself lucky..

well i know in some places its legal to drive without insurance. not like ohio but i've talked to other people that live in other states and they dont all hafta carry insurance. yeah its a good idea too anyways. maybe its different in the great white north lol. but the way i was always told, even by my insuracne companies... i have insurance, i can drive someone elses car and not carry a policy on that car even if i do wreck it. oh well.

I have always thought that if you own the vehicle it needs ins. However as mentioned your ins (in most cases) will cover if you wreck someone elses or a rental or if you just traded for a new car. Now was your truck tagged? If not you may be able to get off with saying hey I just bought the truck and was fixing to switch ins.... Either or man good luck and hope the best for ya. Sux for the man to always get a good person down.

feel for ya again man....now that I have reread the whole thing. I have come across of some of the HOLIER THAN THOU!!!!! people (cough cough ex prick father in law cough cough) Twice that piece of shit has hit me...once I gave to him cuz it was his property but it was still uncalled for and he had no idea what he was talking about...second time was MY property and he ran like hell when I pulled my phone out with a bloody mouth and said I would put his ass in jail for a LOOOOONG time. He tried once more at MY daughters B day...and I was once again the bigger man and said "first off OLD man....I could fuck you up...but whats the point....secondly...this is MY daughters day and if you take THAT swing...I guarantee you will NEVER see her again....got it?" He walked away sulking and I have since had a injunction put on him where he is not allowed anywhere near me...500ft to be exact....got tired of that shit real fast and now I got the law on MY side for once....I dare him to come near me now. LOL Its been years now and I have not had any problems thus far.

Yea he is a real fucking saint....and the ever church goer too.....I am scared of bible thumpers man...the christians that claim they believe in god and crap...I believe in god but where did god ever preach violence is the answer? I dont recall that in any of my bibles! I see any of em come to the door...they go running scared cuz I answer the door coated in blood (fake of course, carrying a knife and saying I am having my demon ritual...would they like to join in the sacrifice? It fuggin hilarious to watch em run!

i dunno maybe they'll see how it actually happend by readin what i've wrote and see that they shouldn't been on my ass in inclimate weather. that'd be nice

although i kno your gunna drive without a license !! haha
