bad accident dumb people

So i commute with a kid i work with. we each drive every other day. its about a hour ride to work each day. ive been doing this same drive for over 4 years now and never seen anything like this. i just hopped on the highway probably went about 3 miles and i look in front theres cars all around, look to the left real quick because theres 2 guys walking down the center of the highway look bad forward and BAM slam into a car. Apparently the guy was just in park, in the slowlane of the highway. no intention on moving, car not broken, no lights nothing. i was going 72 and i slammed directly in the back of his car. WTF was this guy thinking! he had to be air rushed to the hospital or else i would have asked him. I didnt get any tickets because clearly it was this guys fault. but Jesus me and the guy i drive to work could have died! I'm lucky that i'm allright besides a sore knee and back, and my buddy has a sore colar bone and neck. Ill try to get some pictures of the cars today when i go down to get my shit out of it. i'm glad it was my winter beater and now my bmw or the truck, then i woulda been heart broken! End of rant but jesus, what are some people thinking!

ya...glad your ok bro! I had a incident like that...some dude locked em up in front of my ex wife and she nailed the brakes (about same speed too)...gilr behind in a 300zx slid into the rear of my ex wife and put the truck airborne...she basically landed nose first on the car that caused it. Dude tried claiming there was a dog on the freeway (there wasnt) cops show up and went right to the guy "Mr Link! Didnt I just arrest you last week for doing this SAME EXACT thing?"

My advice...seek a lawyer...NOW...cover your ass before that dude trys to sue you for hitting him...get all the witnesses and get statements...you and your buddy that was with you.

them thar head ons are a pain. had a guy turn in from of once . bounced off him and dead center into a corner light pole. one of them big ones! stupid people!! oh and last summer had an old guy pull out in front of me from a private drive. had no choice but to hit him. and that was with the maz. he tried to claim that i was going to fast. even the cop said it was his fault for failing to yield. they ended up totalling the truck bought it back for $400. with the rest fixed it and got my air ride!
