april fools virus

well idk if you guys heard bout it but i did a couple days ago ...

suppose to launch wednesday ( tomorrow ) and i guess its some big virus... idk much bout it but you could google it for more info

alll i know is that you should turn computer off and disconnect your internet line..

some say its a joke but iam not sure so iam just gunna be safe n turn mine off..

people are hoping its just gonna be a joke, but no one is for sure because the only thing it has been doing is infecting more and more computers. I'm happy though, that its only messing with windows and not macs. so i'm not worried about it. for more info you an go here:

From what I understand if you can go to a virus software website....like mcafee, trend micro, and others you are not infected.

from what i read from other sites it says that mcafee doesnt work so if you run that you can be infected..

well idk but better be safe than sorry... soo iam shuttin down my pc right now..

well............. im assuming everyone made it thru this april asshole virus..... estimated 3-12 (big jump in numbers) million computers were infected by the said april fools virus

my home and work computer is fine. i was safe on my work computer being on it for 8 hours so i figured my home would be fine last night.

yeah, our family pc was fine. and the virus didn't mess with macs, so my laptop was good.

Umm, I thought it was a joke,
My laptop is fine, my desktop at home was fine, my other desktop was fine...
This morning when I got to work.... My office computer was ****ED up... It would get to a point and Blue screen, if you tried to boot it in safe mode it was dead... So I dont know if it was a hoax. Ironically my bosses computer did the exact same thing... So I think he and I were infected. I pulled my drive and have it hooked up to an old pos with a bunch of malwarebytes, symantic, windows defender stuff on it and I am running scans on it to try to clear it out. I am slightly worried because I did some online banking and a purchases on my office computer yesterday...

^ that sucks man..
