my new laptop

been busy lately, so haven't had time to post this up like i wanted. Got it last tuesday as an early graduation present, and love it. A brand new 15" 2.4 Ghz Macbook Pro with 250GB HDD, and 4GB Ram

no, the macbooks aren't yet, the imacs or the mac pro's may be, but not the laptops

i've got a HP sporting a dual core intel centrino, 320GB of HDD, 4GB ram, BlueRay reader, CD/DVD dual layer reader writer, fingerprint reader, media remote and Vista . Can't wait for Windows 7, should be a hell of a lot better. But the best part is the finger print reader, that way my younger brother and sister can't use my laptop to go onto Webkinz ( some retarded stuffed animal website) or play there games.

sounds like a nice laptop plumbous. i have a desktop that has vista on it, and i cant stand it. i've always loved apple's products, so i was happy when my mom told me that i got to choose between ether a macbook or bagging my truck. the only reason i chose the laptop, was because i need it for school, and for what i'm gonna major, some of the local businesses that i talked to all use macs.

your absolutely right... I was in the process of building my own car of dreams working two crappy jobs. I stopped building, went to college got my degree in Biology with a Minor in chem. I have a good full time job and I am working on my masters in education. I'm about to buy a house and I am building my truck... Its worth the wait to get the education you need for the future.

yeah, i went ahead and got the laptop because i'm dual-enrolled at my highschool where i'm a senior and at my local community college where i'm a freshman. and since i take all my classes at the community college i needed a laptop, its much easier to take notes and stuff with one. and since i only go to school 3 days a week and only a few hours each day, i can work the other days while all my friends are in school, letting me get money to build the truck. so figure its a win-win situation for me
