Wii

Last weekend I had won a laptop at our work christmas party but being we already have one i traded it to a guy at work for a wii and some cash. The bowling is kool on it but i was looking at getting more games has anyone played the new mario cart on it is it worth buyin or any suggesions on any other games.

mario kart has been problematic, for some reason the disc's were thicker than they were supposed to be causing the console to scratch and ruin them. The WII's are fun but I was disappointed by the graphics. So I got a 360 instead.

Thanks for the feedback on cart I wasn't to enthused either about the graphics I wanted a ps3 to be able to use the HDMI on the tv but the wife wanted the wii because she doesn't like ps3 games, I guess not easy enough for her lol .

lol!, yeah I could see were that would steer your purchase. My wife wouldn't play much for games until we got Guitar Hero. I had to buy a second guitar so she would share.

i have a wii at my house and love it. and mario kart is definitely really fun, i play that and paintball a lot.

ive tried the wii a couple times, its pretty good for what it is... but i still like my 360 that i bought from the Evil Empire... there are only a couple games i want to try on the wii that would probably convince me to purchase a wii, zelda and excite truck.

yeah, wii's are definitely not for the hardcore gamer looking for amazing graphics. they are more family oriented to be more interactive

I bought my wife one cause she just had to have one..........it doesnt get played any more.... I love the baseball and boxing....She got a wii fit and thats kinda cool......Ihavent checked on any games for it though.

I just got back from game stop. I thought I would check out some games 007 quantium , lego's star wars, and metriod were some kool lookin games.

wii is awesome. i have one also. mario cart is definitly fun but i like wii fit better. wii is definitly a family oriented game console. if i want graphics iss just play on my 360.
