well crap!!!

i was headin home last nite in the caprice on my big 2.5 mile drive. shoulda stayed in town got to the bridge, hit ice, kept it off the guardrails! i almost had it saved when she hit another patch and went over the bank sideways and into the cornfield. once she went for the bank i just held on thinkin it was gonna roll. ripped the wheel off the left rear and blown atleast 2 tires.

cops showed up and sed i could leave it there til mornin. worse part is the caprice is the only thing i had runnin at the moment. looks like i gotta bust ass and put a new axle in her.

Ouch, gotta take it slow in the winter, because your bound to hit ice at some point. I hit ice in the B last night but was able to drop it into neutral and ride it out.

Sucks to hear but at least your'e alright .I've got a 95 Impala SS rear end if you need it.
