So,last few weeks my B4000 has been acting up. Very hard to shift gears, clutch engages like right on the floor and have to double clutch upshift and down shift. Brakes seeem spongy and unresponsive, yet lock up at very low speeds.

Took it into the garage tonight after work and turns out my clutch is done, with 300k KM on it anyways,it's about due for a change, and my rear brakes need replacing. By the time all is said and done, I could be looking up to,including or over $1000 for parts and labour.

Ontop of that,I just spent $875 on new tires last week and also need a new windshield and passenger side mirror.

Looks like I won't be having a very good Christmas, but my bank will be.

255/70/16 Cooper Discoverer's for my dad's Mazda,and I got his 255/70/16 Goodyear Wrangler RT/S's. $875 installed with taxes.

My truck had worn out tires, and my dad was going to buy new tires because he didn't like the Goodyears,so I said I'd pay him for those what he paid for new tires. In the end it was easier if I just paid for the tires. I wanted BFG Allterrain T/As,but they would have been like $1200.

Current pic of my truck from this week. Busted mirror, cracked windshield, new (lightly used) tires ad in need of a clutch. Oh,and I took the running boards off today so it looks a little better now.

jeebus...got back from the shop after work this afternoon and my quote is $1472 for the clutch and rear brakes to be done. Ouuuuch. And like I posted before,I just spent almost $900 last week on tires.

Damn.Looks like I'm screwed up the dumper financially right before christmas. Putting this on my credit card with the tires is almost maxing out my credit. Ugh. Oh yeah, and I'm still making payments on a car I don't own any more, which is just adding salt to the wound.
