Found out a friend of mine died in a motorcycle crash yesterday... killed a little 10 year old girl, too.

Yeah, the intersection is about a mile away from my pad (out in the country, so it's pretty close) the road he was on is 45 mph, and the cross road the car was on is 55 mph. I guess he blew the stop sign some how, and landed in the back seat of the car on the girl.

Yeah, shit sucks... we weren't super close, but defiantly a homie, you know? I've been thinking about buying a bike lately, too.

i know what you mean. stuff like this is why i know itd be best for me to not get a bike, stuff can happen so quickly and i know ill do something stupid.

yeah definatly sending my thoughts and prayers out to the families, I almost had a bad wreck when I had my ninja & after that I sold it & It's been 3 years since I've even been on a bike, been talking about it again but sometimes I wonder if it's really worth the risk for the fun

Sorry for the loss. I have had bikes off and on and when you are the rider, you definitely have to be on the alert for other vehicles.

As a rider you know what you're doing, but people in vehicles unfortunately tend to be less aware of a biker.
