small time job

i found it today. they want a live in caretaker for a campground. $500 a month. wondering bout takin it cuz i have had NO response from any other job except a letter sayin no.

How are you living now? Off of your girls income or what? Do you have unemployment or something?

I say this cause if you are getting more than $500 a month from unemployment or something why bother? LOL!

Although if not, I'd say go for it! Atleast its something and you'll get paid doing it!

500 a month.. really.. that doesnt seem like that much.. but dude every winter i work at a ski hill ( make alot more that 500 a month) but if its what you want to do giver..

thats what i'm thinkin. its a house on the campground and i'm goin out there this week to find out if utilities and all that are paid. right now i'm doin odd jobs: repairin neighbors truck, mowin yards. just enuf to git me by with beer and smokes. dont really drive that much now.

small jobs always lead to better jobs....

thats what i'm hopin. actually just wish i could do enuff mechanical for people that i can make my livin off that. no one will hire me in a garage cuz i'm not certified. hopefully word spreads bout the fat redneck that can work on anything

No such thing as a small job-only people with small vision doing a small job.Make urself indispensable.Help the customers out-have a great attitude-grab some tools and fix a broken step-ask for more responsibility-greet everyone with a smile and a "good Morning"-next thing u know ur small job could turn into a great big ole mutha of a job with pay to match.BJ

$500 a month? Ouch. I have to have at least that a month to pay the bills... If you are single, no bills, no kids... Go for it. And do exactly like Hoc said. I know people are always busting peoples ass for being an ass kisser but I tell you what... It has done sooo much for my career and andvancing and suppling for my family.
