Avatar picture problem!

So I got a photobucket account and got my avatar picture on there. The picture is too big in file size and I can't compress it anymore than it is cause it would look crappy. So I tried using the Link Avatar option in profile and it came up with:

CAN someone tell me whats going ON?! I'm not even trying to upload a file! I was just trying to link my avatar. NEED ADMIN!
