i wonder how many times ive heard that... i dont even post anymore on there because of all the asshats on there but there is a lot of really good tech stuff on there. maybe if it does turn around, ill start posting on there again, as long as it doesnt take away from my bscene time.

Ive never been a fan of that site myself. Not just because of all the asshats, but the way the forum is set up and how it looks.

I dunno. I like SSM on one hand but yeah the narrow minded, if you ride isn't just like mine it is "ghey", has got to go. I have gone off on a few people over there. I seriously cannot handle people being so darn arrogant and condescending. Here is a good example. reply to the guy at the top of the page...

I haven't spent any time on SSM, but I went to read the post you linked and I must say for the most part there are a plethora of phucktards over there. Hatin' on the 24" Mazda, I'll bet it don't turn, I bet he don't drive that bitch, etc. By the way, my English isn't that poor, I was merely mocking the lack of intelligence there. Granted, I am not talking about you or the guys from here that frequent both sites.
I guess what I'm getting at is this: If a person doesn't like someone else's ride, keep it to yourself. If the owner wants critiqued, post the pics like that...."What do you think of my ride" type thing. There are things about trucks here that aren't my bag, but I'm certainly not the type to bust anyone's balls over it. It's YOURS and YOU built it to your taste. People should just keep their friggin traps shut.
This is the reason I hang here rather than places like that. I'd be willing to say that 99% of the people that hang and or post here are quite respectful and try to be helpful when they can. It's nice to be able to come to our place and ask a question and not get the typical wise ass answer.

I used to live on that site about 4 or 5 years ago...before I found bscene. I even had a paid for membership. Then I was with out internet for a while. After I came back it was all heterville. Hopefully Kris can truly turn it around and make it a purposeful or hell even a pointless but enjoyable forum site.
