website question, internet lawyer?

ok, need your help guys, pretty sure someone might know the answer i'm lookin for. I'm pretty much done creating a website for my company i started, but before its officially released, i would like for a lawyer? to review my terms etc and website legalities and to make sure everything is ok and no loop holes or issues can occur later.

is there a special lawyer needed to do this?

if so whats the name for them?

use a lawyer who specializes in copywrite and trademarks, or one who specializes in patents, or a good corporate lawyer.expect to pay 350-500 per hour for some good legal advice.BJ
