question for you canada guys

so suposively today someone from canada called my cell phone - now i've tried lookin up the number to see who it is but switchboard doesn't bring it up... area code 306 . so my question is did any of you mbs guys call my cell - i believe i have my cell listed in the wanted ads so here was the first thought. no matter what i do i can't call this number back some kind of international phone connection problem?? it won't let me even if i put 1-306 i dunno just thought i'd ask here maybe you guys could trace this number for me

306 is all of Saskatchewan.

its got to be a random call - i haven't gotten any wrong numbers lately - i've had this phone sense last septish . and had gotten very few wrong numbers sense . I'm thinkin its a telmarketer . But odd for some company from out the us to call a us number for telemarketing or the like.

yeah that is pretty weird, you would think if it was a telemarketer it would be from the same country haha

Possibly a Saskatchewan Long distance Calling card?? I know when i use a calling card to call out of Ontario, it'll come up my Area code, but not my number, and its not able to be called back either... possibility?

I've gotten telemarketers several times from the US. Texas was one that I remember specifically, I asked because he had an accent and he said they were based in Texas... Just depends on who gets the contract to do the telemarketing job... If its a North American company its likely they would use an American company they like rather than trying to find one in Canada.

Your situation could be the same...
