I agree with you 100%!In the long run you probably didn't really want to be associated with people like that anyways!I always thought the whole reason for biulding cars rather it be custom, hot rod,rat rod ,muscle car, lowriders or minitrucks was to express your idea of custom and cool and to be around others that felt the same way!!I have a friend that belongs to severed ties that told me I probably wouldnt be admitted to thier club because my truck wasn't up to thier standards! So i understand where you are coming from!Really didnt want to join severed was just curious as to the possibility!Anyways......Fuck the haters and live your own life and rock the Caddy hard!!Lets see some pics of it too!!!!

I understand completely, my '66 Plymouth, '67 Chrysler, and '70 IHC Aren't allowed either. I've noticed that most of the guys that are Promoters and such in the rockabilly/ratrod scene are curb rebels anyways. They talk / dress the part then walk around the corner and hop in their minivan. They are just in it for the money. Roth and Dutch (RIP) are probably rolling in there graves.

man,that's friggen lame. you're right,it's all just a cash grab. it's stupid though...more cars = more money.

btw, your caddy is probably one of the cars i'd remember more than a fully original or fully custom "pre 63" car at the show.
