Well i broke my probation. i was put on for speeding. gotta see the big dude. lets home i don't see jail time. i wanna work on the mini! Wish me luck guys.

No jail time. just fined. for a speeding ticket that i fought and won. point was. how could you give me a ticket when a car passed me at 80+mph when i was doing 71 in a 60mph. plus inside radar be dead on from a side point. and across a 4 lane hyw.

Good deal man...Remember Cruise control. Also let me tell you a secret in MO. My pops is a cop so are several friends...from City popo to Sheriffs, to HiPo. If you get a ticket for going 9 and under over the limit it is only a nonmoving violation....only if that is the only offense they get you for...i.e. You have y our seatbelt on and no dope in car. Now if you are 10 and over....moving violation. Therefore it is pretty much a waste of time for the police to get you for going 8 over. Hence cruise control. Now if you have priors they will run your tag and see that and try getting probable cause to search you and your vehicle. All states are different. OK is a no exception state meaning 1 over is a moving violation. Hope this helps for future driving.
