sliding rag!!!opinions!!!

been thinking of putting a 40"/40" sliding ragtop on my truck,love the look open but not 2 sure if i like it closed!!!what do u guys think,i want 2 see what everyone thinks before i decide!!!anyone have pics of one on a b2200?

I bought a StreetBeatCustoms rag last year and I have to say that for the amount of money spent it was not the best quality. I completely disassembled the rag to see the inner working setup and I was shocked to see what they use.

Anyway, it came with the headliner option and when closed looked fine. I never got around to installing it, but I wish I would have so I could be of more help!

I have a 35x40 on my 2600i. it looks good but the latch sucks. other than that i love it.

I have a street beat setup in the topper of my truck and have installed several in other rides in the club. Some definately work better than others but it seems to depend mostly on hom much the frame has to bend to match the exact contour of your room. Probably a little small for a single cab, but should work pretty good in an extended cab. I say go for it! Gotta love that open air feeling

Get a Pontiac G6 folding glass sunroof like that guy with the Ranger in Minitruckin mag did. THAT is cool.

Or,you could do something different like those neat thin sideways facing glass 'sunroofs' on the new Nissan Maximas and Quests.

i had pic in my minitruckin mags of a 40x40, and it takes up alot of the roof, ive got mine goin on hopefully by spring,

they look nice to me, but im sure it'll be alot of work to install

like this, very cool idea just to have 2 small one's like a glass roof.

My opinion is I wish I had one. Does that count?
