Quick question; I have an 88 B2200 5speed along with a pdf of the 92 manual. My vin is JM2UF1136J0317454 while the manual states it only applies to JM2UF113*NO 250001~
Not too sure what that means, I read that the engine is the same from 87-93 so I should be good?

You're correct the 2.2 from 87-93 never changed. Only difference is if they are auto or manual and EFI or Carb. But in that case the manual would say B2200i "i" standing for "injected" you should be fine.

I also have a 1988 B2200, and a hardcopy of the service manual (bought in 1994). And I have the electronic 1992 service manual as well.
There's a little more about "our" trucks in the newer version, I'd say just use that one. There's more on the AC details, for example, in the newer one. And I think the newer one shows differences between 4-terminal and 5-terminal headlight switches.
