I just did my brakes and had to replace my rear wheel cylinders, I noticed only 1 has a bleeder screw and the other has 2 metal brake lines. Do I only need to bleed the the one that has the bleeder screw or do I bleed the other side somehow.

Just bleed the left rear. The right rear is feeding the left rear so you'll be bleeding "two-in-one" when you bleed the left. Just make sure you bleed it thoroughly as any air on the right will need to travel across to the left to be bled out.
