Okay so i know this^^ makes me look dumb as hell but I have a rollpan installed and I can't get to the "crank" to lower the Tire... So what should I do? I don't need a Tire that I can't get to and it's just extra weight to carry around. Any help would be awesome... Thanks

You could unbolt your bed, leaving the front bolts in, but very loose, and jack up the back end and just un bolt the entire carrier assembly and drop it out...

Good call! But do u think there is anyway I could not have to move the bed (I got subs there and I don't want to tinker with my blow thru setup. I just got it to stop leaking!) thanks man

You could cut the piece off that holds the wheel from the center loose from the cable.

Drill a new hole!
Or jack up and turn her with something to hand or, heaven forbid, cut down your existing tool weld a socket to the end of it = new tool.

You might be able to fit a wrench in between, but i don't think there is enough clearance to pull the bolts out if you can manage to get all three loose enough to drop the carrier. You might be able to undo the bed bolts enough to lift the rear just enough to get it out without interfering with your blow thru.

Or like stated above, cut the bastard off where it holds thru the center of the spare.

Or about a 20in long wide tipped flat head screw driver might allow you to drop the tire while laying under the back end of the bed...

You could also try deflating the tire. It may allow you to push it up enough to unhook it.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I am kinda making this harder than it has to be... it's been kinda cold so I haven't done anything yet.

I would at least lube the linkage on the chain and gears before hand to make it uh work if you can crank it down. These spare tire parts generally if left untouched rust up and even with the normal crank tool can be a pain.I use liquid wrench but,any similar product will work.Idk what else except cut your crank tool down to fit in that area(not a recommend) but would work if any tools you have will fit the groove.
