Just curious is all I don't have the means to do it myself but I think it could work... You could drop the body and raise the suspension so you have more travel and still roll low... Just an idea (don't shoot me for this) thanks,

Depending on how low you end up rolling you might not have turning clearance between the fenders and tires. I've thought about doing it to the flat bed.

Yeah that's kinda what I thought. But if you were able to make it equal to what the static drop is and then adjust the ride height to accommodate for things like Tire rub/turning radius I think it could be done and if you decide to bag later down the road then you'll already have a nice BD. Idk I was just bored and thinking... (dangerous combination!)

That's the way I've been looking at it. Do it now and i won't have to do it later, but without another daily to drive i won't take on a body drop project on my truck. Not right now atleast

Yeah I know where your coming from... The wife's car is acting up and I can't even put gas in a leaking gas tank! I hate being broke!

They used to do bodydrops back in the day to get lower without airbags...

Thats when they used to say "I channeled my body".

Guy out here had a Gran Torino 'channeled' that bitch was SICK. tucked 1" of tire on the stock 14 or 15" wheels.
