Wanting some nice upgrades for my B

Had my 90 B2200 for about 3 years. Was thinking of increasing HP for some extra fun in it and if i can increase MPG as well then awesome. Just wondering what ya'll think is a good place to start. Everything is completely stock

Weber Carb and Pacesetter Headers seem to be the standard bolt-ons for starting out. Do you have emissions testing in your state? That will be a big factor in what you can do!
