Manual Steering Pitman Arm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need a part number for the manual steering box pitman arm they are different than the power steering box and i need a new one for my manual box before i can put it on my truck and cant find one in a autoparts ordered one after another and they are all the power steering

What year truck?

still dont tell if its for a manual box or power steering box and im not sure what year truck the box come off of but my truck is a 92

very close to all regular cabs are manual steering, most extended cabs are power. i think the SE-5 package had something to do with it also.
