Hello,

My name is Brent. I want a three inch drop front and rear on my 89 Maz B2200. Will torsion keys up front and blocks in the back give me a decent ride? Im looking for the cheapest route possible. Whats the best place to get these items from? Anybody out there know?

Yes it will. You will only need the lowering blocks. Here is a link to a kit on modplant.com I'm sure they sell just the blocks by them self you will just have to contact them. Another place that has the blocks is your local auto parts store.

I read somewhere that angled blocks are supposed to be better for the ride quality over the flat blocks. For the front it is possible to get a 3 inch drop, up front you are limited by the bump stops. Don't forget that re-indexing torsion bars are the best way to go so you can keep them stiff. Also many people running lowered fronts use Isuzu Pup shocks. Here is a link as to how to reindex torsion bars.

The angled blocks are not for ride quality. It's to adjust your pinion angle with the added drop to keep from wearing out the U-joints.
