Washington guys - Where to get an engine?

Do you any of you know a good place to get our engines rebuilt? Or maybe a place that sells rebuilt 2.2s with a core charge? I would like to buy a rebuilt one, but if there's no where local that sells them I'll pick up an engine somehow and bring it somewhere that can rebuild it.

theres a place up north that sells jdm motors with 60,000 on them. i cant remember the name of the company but they are up in everett or lynnwood i think.

I'm trying to avoid that if I can. I'll look into it if I can't find any place to rebuild an engine for me though.

i know jasper engines that used to be in seatac was seilling engines... but last time i drove past the building they were in, it was empty...?

yeah... but as i know from recent personal experience, todd lives in longview... peter and i live up in everett... not sure if you've looked at a map, but thats a little over a 3 hour drive, and most of the stuff todd knows is all uber south from us.

LoL yea Todd lives pretty far out there. But it would still be good to hear if he knows a place. Especially if it's closer than the place in Cali I found...it's the closest reputable place I've found so far.

any idea what happened to jasper's engines in seatac/burien...? they were supposed to be a good place for engines... but i dunno...

I had never heard of them, so I have no idea.

well i just knew he lived up there somewhere 3 hrs thats not that far it takes that long to drive from the south side to the north side of Houston on most days haha
