How to paint the Tyre Sidewall Letters?

They make tire sidewall paint pens. I've seen them on ebay a few times. I don't know how well it works though, never used it.

All my motorcycle buddies paint there letters white on there scuff tires. Everyone of them sit down with a bottle of white out and it looks factory and holds up pretty well.

just help out some more, dont use the paintpens off ebay, they will yellow after about a week
