Put on ur thinking caps PLEASE

Ok so here's the deal I got my truck about 3 years ago.I bought it from a auction it was a theft recovery.well the vin was pulled off the dash and firewall (the little stamped peices) so as most of u know I have done a complete motor and tranny swap. There there has to be a vin stamped somewhere else frame wise right?
Well I can't find it anybody please help me locate it. I have read somewhere it's on the frame under the battery box. I never took the truck threw state inspection because I didn't have to. It's fully registered and owned by me as I have the title and it's in my name well where the heck is the other vin located?

fucking killer I was freaking out cuz I got pulled over and the bitch ass cop was gonna take my truck
I told him the whole story and he was like yea sure ur truck is illegal anyways
modifided this and cut that he was a fucking prick ur windows are to dark ur dick is to big

Whats the big deal if you got the title and its registered by you?

it's a indented spot that you should see right off, the numbers fill with dirt pretty easy though.

The big deal is the vin is missing so it could be stolen.
That's until they tow my truck investigate it and find the vin then release it back to me
I have to pay the tow bill and be without my truck until they figure out it's really mine

Well its very uncommon to hear of a stolen vehicle where I live so I guess I didn't think it was that big of a deal as long as you had your legal papers. But I do see what you mean, cop pulls you over, and doesn't believe you... they take it. I myself have never heard of a cop inspecting a car, or searching for vin numbers so figured you would be clear when they ask for license and registration.

Yea where I live we have lots of pill smokers and car thefts so they always look for vin #'s it sucks u have something nice and somebody wants to Jack it from u. So I walked out to look for it and I don't see the vin does anybody have a pic of where it could be I wiped dirt and crap off and still can't find it

I will look at my truck tomorrow and see where all I can find them... Keep on the dl for now bud.
