Lincoln Navigator Wheels??

Ok so I found these wheels I want to buy for my truck. I have seen some of you running them. They are Lincoln Navigator wheels. 18x8" +44mm offset. I was wondering if they are a direct bolt on? and dont have to bore them out like the Chevy wheels. Also do they clear the bedside and fenders with 2wd sheetmetal? Here is a picture of them. Thanks.

They will clear the bed sides on 2wd sheetmetal but will need to be redrilled and bored to fit safely.
