Update, my life/new parts truck

Ok guys. So I've been busy. I just moved and still have no internet so all my posts are being done from work. I pulled the head off the B and it had chunks of alluminum missing around the valves, and a large chunk missing from the combustion chamber. amazingly there are no marks on the pistons or cylinder walls. So i went hunting for a motor and found a parts truck. 400 dollars for a truck, running, and a spare motor. Only downside is that the frame is so rotted i poked a finger through the frame rail between the front spring shackle and the axle. But its still insured so he let me test drive it and its the perfect donor truck. 5speed reg cab FI. most of the body pannels are even nicer than mine. So I have a down payment on it and hope to pick it up saturday.

Ok, So I picked up the truck, and my mechanic said he was willing to repair the frame, so it's almost passed mechanical. I have a front parking brake cable on order, should be here Tuesday, I changed the pads and rotors, machined the drums so now It's not a horrible vibrating/jerky experience to stop. As soon as I can get an SD card reader I'll post some pics
