HELP PLEASE

Okay my truck is a stick shift.. But like i want to put a shifter knob on it but its just like a one big screw on peice you know? And like when i take it off theres a small screw thats on the floor and if i put a knob on it i well have to go down to the floor. I want a custom or a regular stick shifter. I cant find this anywhere at all. Do you all know what im talking about?

BUMP. Okay i got onto paint to test my skills. And i drew what my shifter looks like and what i want my new one to look like. This is the best I can explain it. If you still dont get it, Ill go take some real pictures when i start feeling better. I would love to have my shifter looking like i do in the last pictures.
