wheel ?

ok so im looking for another set of wheels and have found back ups, but i need to know if they'll fit. the wheel specs are 20x8.5, 35 offset, 6.13 back spacing, 6x139.7 (6X5.5)lug pattern. i know the lug pattern is correct but will everything else work. i have also read that i can use a montero axle to run a narrower axle in the rear. is that correct? they also have a 22x9.5 with a 38 offset and a 6.75 backspacing

if i remember right the rep from billet specialties told me something in a 32 offset for gm will work for our trucks.
