I am thinkin bout buying a set of z71 rims for my mazda...the guy said they have been machined to fit a nissan hub. Would this also interchange on the mazda hub or will i still have more work to do?

They will bolt right on. You will need to get different lug nuts though.

you will need acorn style lug nutts... they have a small taper on the ends...
