what is the cab styles? standard or plus?

Both of them are cab plus. =)

is the rain gutter trim on either decent? basically will it come off and the plastic under it still intact so it can go back on?

if so add it to that window I need. I only need the skinny pieces that go from the front of the door to just above the cab plus window.

does it have the fancey carpet door panels ?????

I am completley interested in the dark grey and burgundy interior!!! What is all there as far as dash, door panels rear seats and panels, ect.. I don't need the front seats but basically everything else. PM me a price if you would!! Thanks.
