Need Help With wiring No tail lights

Help baught a 91 ext cab had no dash lights was a brunt wire fixed that got it working and had two wire going to fuse panel fix that no i also have no gas gage and no liecine plate lights or tail lights the fual pump is hot wired the rely wire is cut then run straight to fuel pump though cab no going though wire harnce also i have what looks to be two wires under dsh by the firewall two wire then like anoughter wire that looks like a thick stipped wire that looks like it shoud be grouded its just hanging there HHHHEELLLPPPP im lost you can email at thanks if any one has ideas

sounds to me like its the harness going through the rear cab wall, on the passenger side, the plug is on the inside, but if i were you i would start at the cab wall and work your way back, look for and breaks in the wires
than work your way up, there might be a ground missing also

post up some pix of your issues... show us exactly what the problem is with an image. a picture is worth 1000 words, and from reading the 1000 words you wrote all i can understand is some of your electronics dont work, and the wiring has been f'd with. post up some pix and im sure we can be waaaaay more helpful.

Was plug thanks did know where it was do now was wondering if that was it but did know there was a plug or were it was now to fix other ploblems THANKS
