GM 1 Wire Alt.

Hate to be that guy...But where is the write up for the GM 1 wire Alt? I searched and can't find it. I have a B2600i and it appears i have 2 wires and the power coming out of the stock. When I order the new alt is there a place for these 2 wires or are they deleted. And some pics would be cool too.

FYI - the GM 1 wire alternator is what they call "self exiting". It only needs the 1 large battery wire to work. In you Mazda the other 2 wires are as follows: 1 for exciting the mazda alternator and 1 for the idiot light. The new alternator will charge without the 2 small wires connected. Your "charge" light should NOT be on when the truck is running because the small wire is not grounding the light circuit.
